"We had a great experience working with Justin at State Farm. He went above and beyond to help us navigate the process of registering and insuring our Mason dump truck. Another insurance agency had been trying to tie the vehicle directly to our business in a way that wasn’t working for our situation, but Justin took the time to really look into it and find the right solution for us. He researched the issue thoroughly, reached out to underwriters for additional guidance, and made sure he understood every detail before giving us answers.
