Willing to go over my policies and answer any questions I have had over the years. I encourage anyone who's looking for insurance to go with Jo Ann Walk. "I learned in April of 2024 that my auto and home ins. co. of 16 years was no longer servicing the north east coast as of July 2024. I was on high alert, as you can imagine! I live in Enfield. I utilize a service in Enfield that I recently learned is insured by Jo Ann Walk's State Farm. It was a no brainer for me to inquire with the business owner who gave Jo Ann a five star review. At the same time, one of my best friends is moving back to CT from TX and has State Farm for her autos, as well. Another 5 star review. I shopped! I was even offered an opportunity through my union, but ONLY for my car! I wanted a bundle! Margaret, another State Farm rep., and Jo Ann were wonderful. They made the process as stress free as possible, and seamless! I am looking forward to 16 years plus, AND I HAVE BETTER COVERAGE... WIN WIN!!! THANK YOU STATE FARM!!!♡♡♡"

"Good afternoon, my experience calling State Farm today has been extremely simple, quick and most importantly enjoyable. Stephanie DeSpain at State Farm was very very helpful when adding a vehicle onto my current policy. Stephanie gave me several suggestions on what I could add onto my policy such as rental car and was kind enough to provide me a quote with and without the rental car along with a few other additions. Because I hope to pick up my new vehicle this evening, I was worried the insurance may not be ready in time but Stephanie made that happened and even went as far as emailing me a final copy as well as the dealership in a timely manner.
